My daughter love it, plus is very spacious.
Bad delivery
Your delivery people scratched our floor and left the bed about 6 inches from where it should be. We reported it and they want us to jump through all Kinds of hoops to rectify THEIR problem. I will not ever be shopping at RTG again.
Excellent purchase
My kids love it! Can’t wait to purchase more furniture from this establishment.
Not what was needed
We never even took it out of the box. We purchased for an assisted living scenario and it was not what was needed. Rooms to Go does nor sell a simple frame there was no way to exchange. We were working from an out of town scenario to help an elderly aunt situated. RTG was so not helpful in lack of empathy for a lack of exchange and when we found something…we would have had to take the bed out of the box and submit pics. We were working from out of town and very inconvenient. It then became not about the money, but the principle of the situation. The mattress and box springs were great. It has so soured my entire family on RTG. So sad the day it ended. We ended up donating it to a shelter. At least someone ended up happy.
