The beds are beautiful beds and when they arrived I was excited to put them up for my children. I unfortunately was underwhelmed by the quality of the wooden slats. My kids sat on them and they immediately broke. I, of course, called to have the slats replaced and they were brought to us in a timely manner. However, we had to switch out the broken ones for the new ones. I was disappointed that you can’t get an entirely new pack. I even asked could additional ones be paid for, in the event, that the slats breaking happens again; because obviously the batch we received with the beds were bad. It has made me skeptical in purchasing with R2G again.
