Horrible
From receiving damaged items to getting the incorrect order the 2nd time and installer complaining about not wearing shoe covers, bad experience.
I love the furniture and it is very well made
Beautiful my granddaughter loves it
Great bed for younger kids
We have been 100% satisfied with the purchase of a new bed for our 5-year-old. We didn't want the traditional bunk height given his age, but this is a good in-between and the steps are safer to get up and down. Love the style, quality, stair storage and the built in space below to be a "fort." Only challenge is for us aging parents to climb the steps ourselves and changing the sheets! On a more serious note, we used a thinner 5 inch memory foam mattress we already had because the one we ordered from Rooms To Go was way too tall to make the side rails functional. We used that mattress on a guest bed instead. Definitely be smart about the mattress height you choose. We also had a great experience with the Rooms To Go delivery and setup/assembly team. No complaints at all!
