Return Policy
I did not do the proper measurements before it was delivered and it was only then, after it was delivered, that I found out that you do not do returns once it's been delivered. You were able to do an exchange with me for an equal or higher price. So i decided on another dresser that fit and then I purchased an area rug to try to make up the difference. That left me with about a $37 credit. Rooms to Go STILL would not issue a refund to me but only an in-store credit. Your fine print may have said that you do not accept refunds. I will admit that I did not sit down for 1/2 an hour or 45 minutes to read all the fine print before signing the purchase. For good customer service, I think you all should tell your sales people to tell the buyer this up front, just in the event something doesn't work out. That one little thing just soured me on the whole experience. I do like the bedroom suit that I purchased. Just do your customers a favor and tell them up front about your return policy.
