Courteous and.out of their way to help. Pleased with our purchases. When there was a rescheduling for delivery of a piece of furniture, they called to apologize for the delay, which was only day later. This was not and issue because they were quick to correct everything and keep me informed. I had an experience two days before that, with a different furniture store.I received a TEXT stating of the delivery delay for 2 months, and there was no apology at all. It makes a difference with the store I will do business with in the future.
