They forgot a screw/bolt that tightens the stairs with the upper bed.
Horrible customer service is joke! Not professional at all. I will Never be doing business with y’all again and will recommend any and everyone to do the same! Worst experience I’ve EVER had with ANY business!
did not like the purchase
we were not told that certain item does not come with bed. we found out after the delivery was made. we are not happy with this purchase.
Bed stew in
I don’t like when they put bed up and did not screw in the wood keep fall off like really it not safe when they sleep what if they get hurt
Cheaply made
The bed served its purpose but the trundle part is very hard to pull out and push in. It gets crooked and you have to keep pulling it out until its perfectly straight
