Nice chair
For the price point this is a nice chair. I've only had it a few weeks so I can not speak of longevity but so far, so good. I like that I can charge my phone from the USB port by the cup holder. I like the reclining action and that I can also adjust the head. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I've had high quality leather to compare it to.

Poor service
Considering it came in broke, I had to make 5 calls to get help in replacing it, then had to sit with broke furniture in my house over a month while I wait for a different set to be delivered… I can’t say I am impressed
