Replaced and still defected
Very disappointed with the quality of this loveseat from Kingvale. After having the entire loveseat replaced due to issues with the reclining mechanism, I was shocked to find that the replacement also had the same problem. I’ve already had to have the mechanism repaired again — that’s two loveseats, same defect. While it’s still covered under warranty, I’m not confident it will last beyond that. This feels like a recurring manufacturing flaw, not a fluke. For the price, I expected far better quality and reliability. Would not recommend.
Exactly what I wanted.
Great piece of furniture. The adjustable head rest is a plus. USB charger on cup holder is a nice touch. Plenty of storage area in the console and arm rests.
