Kirkwell Sleeper Sectional

To preserve the beauty of the gray woven fabric, our care guidelines recommend regular vacuuming and dusting with a soft cloth to prevent debris from settling into the weave. For accidental spills, we recommend spot cleaning using a soft rag dampened with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as they can damage the integrity of the 100% polyester fibers.

This sectional features 100% polyester woven upholstery, a material highly regarded for its durability and resilience. Polyester is naturally resistant to stretching and shrinking, ensuring the fabric retains its tailored look even with frequent use. The woven texture provides a soft feel while being robust enough to handle the daily wear and tear of a busy living room.

A tightly woven polyester fabric like the one on this sectional is a strategic choice for pet owners. The weave is less prone to snagging on claws compared to looser fabrics, and the synthetic fibers make it easier to remove pet hair with a vacuum or lint roller. Based on our material expertise, polyester is a dependable "performance" fiber that stands up well to the active lifestyle of households with animals.

Before delivery, we recommend measuring every doorway, hallway, and staircase on the path to your living room. With dimensions of 126"w x 96"d x 37"h, you should compare your home's entry clearances against the sectional's 37-inch height and the depths of the individual pieces. Our delivery expertise suggests clearing all pathways in advance to ensure the three pieces can be maneuvered into place safely.

Unlike a basic sofa bed where the cushions often fold flat to create a sleeping surface, this sleeper sectional features a dedicated pull-out mechanism. This design allows for a more comfortable guest experience by providing a flat, supportive sleeping area that is separate from the primary seat cushions. It is a practical and space-saving solution for hosting overnight guests without needing a dedicated guest room.

Yes, this sectional is specifically designed with a "condo" theme in mind, making it an ideal choice for urban apartments or modern open-concept spaces. The contemporary track arms feature external tufting that provides a tailored, sophisticated look, while the 126-inch width offers generous seating for movie nights or entertaining without overwhelming the room's footprint.
