Noisy Chair
While the chair is comfortable and I love the color, the noise of the ratcheting when raising/lowering the footrest is nerve wracking. It is loud and grating. It even causes my two small dogs to react in fear when I get up. I think this should be included in the description of this chair. If I had known in advance I would never have purchased it.
Ripped off
Love the chaie, not the salesman. Did not get my discount even though he knew I am elderly. This is my 2nd purchase without discount. I also have a military card but he did not offer discount and I did not know until after purchase when I went to website. There is a rug I want but I haven't come back because of this.
