No more Rooms to Go for this household!
We never received the chair I ordered and paid for. The wrong chair was delivered on October 24. We didn’t realize it was the wrong chair until the delivery driver left. He just left the unopened box because we didn’t pay for set up. When we opened the box and discovered it was the wrong chair, I immediately called Customer Care. They scheduled a new delivery and pickup for October 31. Once again it was the wrong chair. We refused the delivery and sent both chairs back with the delivery driver. I called Customer Care again. They gave me the phone number for Online sales. I called online sales and requested a full refund of the price of the chair and the protection plan I purchased. I was told I would get a full refund for both within 3 to 5 business days. That refund has not been done. I will be disputing both the charges with my credit card company and requesting they reverse these charges. No more Rooms to Go for this household!
I got 3 of them and all 3 set different but I enjoy them.
