The handle is very hard to use! It takes a lot of strength to pull the handle! We bought this for my elderly mom and it’s impossible for her to pull the handle.

Floor Base Issue
Love the chair. I looking for a pad to go under the base. The floor base is abrasive on my wood floors and keeps sliding.
