Unusable from day one
Not only is the chair defective, so is the support from Rooms to Go which sent out a serviceman to inspect the recliner and after fiddling with it left it in a worse state. Then returns to Rooms to Go and lies about it stating he greased it and it was usable which was so far from the truth. Avoid!!!
