While the lamp is beautiful, the shade arrived damaged. They sent a replacement, but it was even worse. I am still waiting for a resolution. I wish could give it 5 stars.

First of all i purchase from the outlet, thinking it had the same lamp shade and didnot and my wife showed me the difference.
Received the two lamps with two different color shades. Have had no success trying to correct the situation. Please help.
