Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
What makes this chaise a durable choice for outdoor environments?
This chaise is engineered for longevity using a rust-resistant aluminum frame. Aluminum is an industry-standard material for premium outdoor furniture because it is naturally lightweight and inherently resistant to corrosion. This makes it a superior choice for humid regions or properties where furniture may be exposed to frequent rain. The frame is further protected with an aged bronze finish, adding an extra layer of durability and a classic, transitional aesthetic.
How do the cushions handle intense sun and UV exposure?
The cushions feature 100% solution-dyed Sunbrella acrylic fabric. Unlike traditional fabrics where the color is only on the surface, Sunbrella fibers are saturated with highly UV-stable pigments all the way to the core. This ensures the terracotta orange color remains vibrant and resists fading even under the intense, direct sunlight found in climates like Florida or Texas.
Does this chaise offer adjustable comfort levels for lounging?
To provide a personalized lounging experience, this chaise features an adjustable seat back with multiple reclining positions. Whether you are reading poolside or napping, you can find the perfect angle. The comfort is further enhanced by a four-button tufted back cushion and elegant French seaming on the seat cushion, combining ergonomic support with refined style.
Is this chaise lounge suitable for poolside use or coastal areas with salt air?
Yes, this chaise is ideal for poolside and coastal settings. Its aluminum construction is specifically designed to withstand high-moisture and salty-air environments without rusting. Additionally, the cushions are upholstered in high-performance Sunbrella fabric, which is famous for its ability to resist mold and mildew—essential features for furniture used near water or in damp climates.
What are the recommended cleaning and maintenance steps for this furniture?
Maintaining this chaise is straightforward due to the quality of its materials. For the Sunbrella cushions, we recommend brushing off loose dirt and applying a cleaning solution of mild soap and water. Use a soft bristle brush or sponge to allow the solution to soak into the fabric, then rinse thoroughly and air dry. Based on our material expertise, we advise against dry cleaning these cushions. For the aluminum frame, a simple wipe-down with mild soap and water is sufficient to keep the bronze finish looking its best.
How should I protect this chaise during the off-season or extreme weather?
While the materials are highly weather-resistant, our expert care guides recommend using fitted patio furniture covers during the off-season or during periods of heavy, prolonged rain to extend the life of your investment. For those in areas with harsh winters, storing the cushions indoors or in a dry deck box when not in use for long periods will ensure they are fresh and ready for the first warm day of spring.

Not a good experience
I furnished my entire condo in this store, but after everything was delivered, and I received my first bill, I was shocked at the balance the sent on the portion u had financed- which was $5-$6k over what I already paid them in the store. I also had incomplete invoices and called them three times to email the 10 invoices to me so I could reconcile everything they charged me and applied payments correctly, and they said they emailed their corporate office to send them to me, but of course, nothing came through from them. I have a $6500 bill for a total purchase of $12k, but I paid them $10k, so that’s a huge difference. I feel these people are genuinely dishonest and shady and don’t appreciate the business they get. I sm very upset! Also, their set-up guy threw down my new rug and then stomped all over it in his dirty shoes. I was completely shocked! At least when I called to complain, they replaced the rug. I’m just hoping it’s a new rug and not an old rug. I have no trust in them.
