This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. You are delivering the patio couch for the fifth time because it’s come damaged. Your people on the phone are incompetent stupid and ignorant how the last person after the last attempt tells me that this is the final time you gotta accept it OK this is the last time They giving me an ultimatum like I don’t know who you guys think. You are totally unacceptable unprofessional I will never never deal with rooms to go again OK all right and I’m a builder. OK so bottom line is forget it you’re done OK the people on the 800 number at the supervisors for Customer Care are terrible terrible and your supervisor is that supposed to inspect the furniture before it goes out? OK they’re terrible if I could pick it up and they missed it and they still wrapped it up and they’re supposed to do unacceptable. You guys should be ashamed of yourself .
