Comfy & Stylish
Love this couch, it’s comfy & stylish, my only complaint is that the wheels on the foot cushion don’t lock & if there is no rug, it slides around

Big issue with Lantham couch fabric
I have had this couch nearly 3 months and the fabric is pilling very badly everywhere. There are long strings sticking out all over it. I tried to use a fabric shaver to clean it up but the strands are so long it doesn’t work very well. It’s crazy that an $1800 couch looks like this after not even 3 months. We are a Family of 4 with a golden retriever, so sure it gets a lot of use, but there is no reason it should look like it does. We have a second fabric couch that gets just as much use. we have had it around 8 years and it looks newer than our new couch. I feel like the fabric used on Latham must be lower quality?
Worth the wait
I knew from the second I sat on the display couch in the store, that it would be in my apartment. I tested all sorts of couches from Rooms To Go and other stores, but this one checked every box for the “perfect couch”. It was on back order so if I wanted it, I would have to wait nearly 3 months for it, but the wait was so worth it - it’s very comfortable, stylish, and spacious. I had doorstep delivery too, to my surprise they deliver to the third floor even without an elevator. The guys who delivered it were very considerate with handling the couch pieces. I really enjoy coming home and relaxing on the couch. 10/10.
