Still waiting for replacement part after over 3 months.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with the Layton sectional from Rooms To Go. Within just two weeks of receiving the couch, the recliner stopped working. A technician came out on July 3rd, and as of October 10th, I am STILL waiting for the replacement part. That’s over three months with no resolution and little to no communication about when I can expect the repair to be completed. I even reached out to my sales representative for guidance before reaching out to the 1800 number. When I followed up, he questioned how I got his number, which was confusing and frustrating given that he had provided it to me in case I had any questions about my purchase. For a practically new couch to have mechanical issues so quickly, followed by months of waiting for a replacement part, is unacceptable. The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly disappointing. I expected much better from Rooms To Go and would think twice before purchasing from them again.
