When they unwrapped my chair 2 bolts fell on the floor, they said a service tech would come and check everything out, 3+ weeks later nobody has called. I sent a message but no response. Downfall’s to the chair are, the cord on the remote is entirely too short, the chair lays to far back when in the upright position. Moves up and down much slower than similar models. Should have went with another model lazy boy.
Big comfy chair but has a few issues
I’m 6’ tall and i wanted a chair that I could curl up in. I also wanted a foot rest that did not end at my calves. I really like that this chair fits those requirements. I like the chair but after a few days the chair started making some squeaking noises. When I sit down you can hear the springs reacting. I’m only 195 pounds so I don’t think it’s my weight. When I bring the footrest up all the way you can hear the workings of the footrest make some noise when it gets to the final last few inches. When you bring the chair back from reclining the left and right side are a little off. You can feel one side touching down before the other creating a slight left to right rocking motion. I feel it is comfy and I spend an amount of time in it. Being a retired engineer, not sure how long I can put up with these flaws but it is big and comfy.
