Great Bed and Great Customer Service.....
The bed frame is great. The glossy finish makes the bed feel very modern and very easy to clean. I ordered the bed frame and two night stands. The face board and one night stand did arrive damaged but customer service was very quick with having them both replaced. My only complaint is not about the items but about the crew that delivered the replacement face board and nightstand. There were two gentlemen that came to remove and replace the damaged parts. When they entered my house, I asked if they could either remove their shoes or have something cover their shoes since they had to walk on carpet (for context, my home is a newly built home and all of the pieces were in the master bedroom as instructed by the customer service representative). I offered bags that they could put over their shoes since they informed me that they could not take their shoes off. The younger gentleman was very understanding and accepted the bags but the older gentleman began to complain, but eventually agreed and put them on. When they finished, I asked if they could take the boxes that the items came in to dispose of but the older gentleman refused and told me that they do not have space on their truck to "take out my garbage" (As told by the representative I spoke with on the phone, the boxes that the replacement items came in were to be taken by the delivery drivers from the home). The younger gentleman had to step in and say that they are supposed to take the boxes. When they both finished and were about to leave, the older gentleman ripped the bags off his feet and threw them on the ground before leaving. I'm not sure if maybe the older gentleman was having a bad day or if he was tired, but his rude behavior towards me did not sit well with me at all. I tried accommodating any way I could but his reactions and his verbal communication was not very pleasant at all. Pros - Great bed, Great nightstand, Wonderful customer service, Fast delivery and replacement delivery. Cons - Not against the items but the rude delivery personnel (only the older gentleman).
