Very pleased
We’ve owned lots of furniture (different styles/material) over the years. This furniture is by far our favorite. The leather seems to be a higher quality. We purchased through the app and weren’t sure about the Sand color but it’s perfect. I was scheduled for a surgery the following week which would require nights spent in a recliner. The power recline feature saved the day. The only issue was with set up. Apparently during the transport a wire became loose and it took my husband quite some time to track down the loosened cable. Other than that minor detail, we are thrilled wl our purchase.
Uncomfortable recliner
Have not been happy with the recliner since we first sat in it at home. The recliner is just not the same as the one I sat in the store . If there had been a return policy , I would have returned it.
