Thus far, we are very pleased with this recliner and, likewise with the swivel blue/grey occasional chair and the double-reclining sofa; all purchased recently from Rooms To Go. We hope we will be in a position to state likewise in the future but we do not know if “today’s” import-made products are even in the same league with US-made furniture products of our younger days. Our issues came not with the supposed “quality” of the furniture we purchased. Instead, we were very disappointed with your attitude about returning a product and how we were accommodated by your “store policy.” Bearing in mind that we purchased the original matching power recliner sight-unseen at the same time we purchased the love seat reclining sofa. That occurred because your sales rep told us over the phone before we drove 40 miles north to Jacksonville from St. Augustine that you had both the love seat and the power recliner “IN STOCK.” When we arrived that what he meant but apparently did not make very
