Loveseat has a serious design flaw
Beautiful reclining sofa and loveseat! Excellent craftsmanship. However, there is a SERIOUS flaw in the design of the loveseat. First day in our home, I accidentally dropped the TV remote in the console under the 2 cup holders. We tried for hours but couldn’t retrieve it! The space is SO small that your hand will not go behind the console. It really should have been designed so that nothing can fall through because YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET ANY ITEM OUT. We even googled this loveseat online to see how to remove the bolts and nuts hoping we could open that area up. All that work was in vain. It’s a serious design error. We informed our Rooms To Go salesperson and initially they were going to send the delivery guys back to take it apart and get the remote. However, after calling the 1-800 number we were told they would not be able to assist us unless there was a defect in the loveseat. We had to order a new Dish Remote. Very disappointed.
