Martin 2 Pc Right Arm Chaise Sectional

Absolutely. This piece is specifically designed with a "condo" theme, meaning its scale is optimized for modern, smaller living spaces. At 116 inches wide, it provides generous seating without the overwhelming bulk of traditional oversized furniture. The clean-lined track arms and elevated cylindrical legs create a sense of "openness" underneath, which helps a room feel larger and less cramped—a vital consideration for urban apartment layouts.

Yes, this sectional is an excellent choice for active households. It is upholstered in a plush woven chenille made from 100% polyester. In the furniture industry, polyester is highly regarded for its inherent durability and resistance to both stretching and shrinking. The woven nature of the chenille provides a soft, luxurious texture while maintaining the strength needed to withstand daily use by families and pets.

This sectional features loose, reversible seat and back cushions, which is a significant advantage for long-term ownership. Based on our furniture care expertise, we recommend flipping and rotating these cushions regularly. This practice ensures the high-quality padding wears evenly on both sides, prevents permanent indentations in your favorite spot, and makes cleaning behind and under the cushions a simple task.

The choice depends entirely on your room's layout and traffic flow. These terms refer to the position of the chaise when you are standing in front of and facing the sofa. A right-arm facing (RAF) chaise will be on your right, while a left-arm facing (LAF) chaise will be on your left. To maximize your space, place the chaise on the side with the least foot traffic to create a cozy, enclosed lounging nook.

Yes, this contemporary sectional includes coordinating toss pillows as part of the collection. These pillows are designed to add visual depth and a pop of color against the brown chenille fabric. Because they are included, you can achieve a cohesive, professionally styled look in your living room immediately upon delivery.

To keep the woven chenille looking its best, our care guides recommend frequent, light vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris that can abrade fabric fibers over time. For spills, the 100% polyester construction allows for easy spot-cleaning; we suggest blotting immediately with a clean, dry cloth and using a mild water-based detergent if necessary. Always avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity of the woven finish.
