Sleeper sofa ordered wasn’t the one I received twice
When I visited Rooms To Go in San Antonio, Texas store number 2204 on 10/03/2026 the staff member was friendly and helpful, however when my order arrived the Cindy Crawford sleeper sofa that arrived wasn’t the item ordered. The sofa at the store was a light blueish gray suede like material with three cushions. The sofa that arrived was what the store manager described as a microfiber two seater and it was avocado green. The sales representative named Phillip Sostand described the size of the sofa about 80 inches. Although I looked at several sofas, I came back to the Cindy Crawford suede sofa and told the sales person that I was willing to pay the extra price of $1375.00. I was charged that price on my order sheet but didn’t get the sofa that I requested on the showroom floor. Called Rooms To Go and spoke with two representatives before speaking with the store manager Raymond who assured me that my order would be corrected and would arrive on October 17th. He didn’t correct it.
