Quality issue
About two weeks after receiving this sofa, the tufted buttons on the back cushions began popping in. Unfortunately, they were not repairable because the buttons remained inside the cushions and the fabric around them had stretched so much that the holes were too large to reattach new buttons. By two months in, every single button had come off. A service technician came out and confirmed the buttons could not be sewn back on. Initially, I was told the back cushions would be replaced, but I was later informed that I must select an entirely new sofa instead. This has been extremely disappointing, especially for a brand-new piece of furniture. Due to the quality issues and lack of a true repair solution, I would not recommend this sofa.
I love this sectional sofa. It fits perfectly and looks and feels so comfortable!
