Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Does this sectional offer built-in storage for linens or media accessories?
Yes, this 7-piece configuration includes two center consoles designed for modern functionality. Each console features a hidden storage compartment, providing a discreet place to store remote controls, charging cables, or small guest essentials. The consoles are finished with sleek acrylic tops, which serve as stable, easy-to-clean surfaces for drinks and snacks, effectively acting as integrated side tables.
How flexible is the layout of this modular seating system?
The modular design offers limitless possibilities for your living space. Each component is upholstered on all sides in "New Horizon" fabric, which allows the pieces to be standalone or reconfigured into different shapes. You can arrange it in a standard "L" configuration for movie nights or separate the armless chair and consoles to create a more open seating plan for social gatherings.
How comfortable is the mattress in this sleeper for overnight guests?
This sleeper features a premium Nature's Bed gel foam mattress, specifically engineered to provide a superior sleep experience compared to traditional innerspring models. The gel foam conforms to the body's contours for targeted pressure relief and helps regulate temperature to keep guests cool throughout the night. This modern design effectively eliminates the "bar-in-the-back" discomfort often associated with older pull-out mechanisms.
Can a large sectional like this fit through a standard apartment doorway or narrow hallway?
Yes. One of the primary advantages of this 7-piece "ModularOne" system is its logistical flexibility. Because the RAF chaise, loveseat, consoles, and chairs are individual components, they can be moved piece-by-piece through narrow 30-inch doorways, tight hallways, or apartment elevators. This makes it an ideal solution for urban dwellers who need large-scale seating without the delivery challenges of a traditional one-piece sectional.
What is the best way to determine if this sectional will fit my room?
With a total width of 156 inches and a depth of 124.5 inches, this is an expansive seating solution perfect for large open-plan living areas or media rooms. To ensure a balanced aesthetic, we recommend the "two-thirds rule," where the sectional occupies approximately two-thirds of the wall's length. Because the pieces are modular, you also have the flexibility to reduce the width by moving the armless chair or consoles to another part of the room if your space requires a smaller footprint.
Is the chenille fabric durable and easy to maintain?
The upholstery is a high-performance 100% polyester chenille, which is naturally resistant to pilling and heavy wear. For the eco-conscious shopper, the fabric is crafted with Repreve yarn, a sustainable fiber made from recycled plastic bottles. Based on the material properties of polyester chenille, it is highly durable for high-traffic family rooms while maintaining a soft, luxurious texture.

Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
