Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
What technology and storage features are included in the media consoles?
The two included media consoles serve as high-tech hubs for your living area. Each unit features built-in storage for remotes or accessories, integrated USB ports, and wireless charging capabilities to keep your devices powered. Additionally, they are equipped with Bluetooth-enabled speakers for an immersive audio experience and feature durable acrylic tops that allow them to double as functional side tables.
What makes the "New Horizon" fabric sustainable and durable for family homes?
The Merlot-colored chenille upholstery, part of our New Horizon collection, is engineered for both luxury and environmental responsibility. It features Repreve yarn, which is crafted from recycled plastic bottles, making it an excellent choice for eco-conscious shoppers. This 100% polyester fabric provides the soft, inviting texture of traditional chenille while offering the enhanced durability and resilience required for high-traffic areas and active households.
Can I customize the layout of this 7-piece sectional to fit my living room?
Yes, as part of the ModularOne collection, this sectional offers unparalleled flexibility. Each of the seven pieces is upholstered on all sides, allowing you to reconfigure the arrangement to suit your specific space—whether you need a traditional L-shape for game days or a more spread-out seating plan for social gatherings. This modular design ensures the furniture can adapt if you move to a new home or simply want to refresh your room's layout.
How comfortable is the mattress in this sleeper sectional?
This sleeper is equipped with a high-quality Sealy Royale mattress, tucked discreetly inside the armless loveseat. By incorporating a mattress from Sealy—a brand renowned for advanced sleep technology—this sectional ensures your guests experience a supportive and restful night's sleep that rivals a traditional bed, effectively eliminating the common "thin mattress" discomfort associated with standard sleepers.
How do I clean and maintain the chenille upholstery?
Based on our furniture care expertise, we recommend dusting the chenille regularly with a soft cloth or vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to remove loose debris. For minor spills, spot clean with a soft rag using warm water and a light detergent. Because this fabric is a 100% polyester synthetic blend, it is naturally more resistant to staining than natural fibers, but always refer to the specific manufacturer’s instructions to maintain the integrity of the Repreve yarn.
What are the total dimensions of this sectional, and is it suitable for large entertainment spaces?
With impressive dimensions of 156"W x 124.50"D x 38"H, this 7-piece sectional is specifically designed to anchor large living rooms or dedicated media suites. Its expansive scale provides ample seating for the whole family, while the modern, welted track-arm silhouette ensures that even a piece of this size maintains a sophisticated and contemporary aesthetic. We recommend measuring your space carefully to ensure a comfortable "2/3 rule" fit against your primary walls.

Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
