Not happy with my response on a replacement back cushion.
I called immediately that my cushion looks like there is a spot that looks like it’s ready to tear and they assured me that they will send me back cushion.with in 7 working days and I’ve yet seen it. It’s now 3 weeks going on 4 weeks. Other then that, the quality of the accent chair is amazing.
