Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Is polyester chenille a durable fabric choice for a busy household?
Yes, the 100% polyester chenille upholstery on this sectional is engineered for both comfort and resilience. Polyester is a synthetic fiber known for its strength and resistance to stretching and shrinking. For maintenance, our care guidelines recommend using water-based cleaning agents or foam, making it a practical choice for families who need a high-performance fabric that remains soft to the touch.
How can a modular sectional help define an open-concept living area?
In an open-concept home, a large sectional like this one acts as a functional "room divider," creating a distinct zone for relaxation without the need for walls. Its charcoal gray finish serves as a sophisticated neutral anchor, allowing you to delineate the living area from the dining or kitchen spaces. Its modular nature also allows you to scale the seating up or down to perfectly frame your home's unique architectural features.
How do I ensure this large sectional will fit comfortably in my room?
With dimensions of 140"w x 135"d, this is a substantial piece designed to anchor a room. We recommend following the "2/3 rule," where the sofa occupies approximately two-thirds of the available wall or floor space. For optimal flow, ensure you leave 18 to 24 inches of clearance for walkways. Before delivery, always measure your entryways and halls to ensure the individual modules can pass through safely.
What are the advantages of choosing a modular sectional over a fixed seating arrangement?
A modular sectional offers unparalleled flexibility for your living space. Because it consists of individual pieces, it can be reconfigured to fit different room layouts or moved more easily through narrow hallways and doorways. This adaptability makes it an ideal investment for those who may move homes or frequently enjoy refreshing their interior design.
Does this sectional require assembly upon delivery?
No, customer assembly is not required for this item. When choosing our full-service delivery option, our team handles the heavy lifting and setup, ensuring the modular pieces are correctly positioned and secured in your home, so you can enjoy your new space immediately.
What makes the cushion construction of this sectional stand out for comfort?
This sectional features a premium, multi-layer cushion design for a "soft yet structured" feel. It uses a custom blend of feathers, fiber, and down wrapped around a supportive high-resilience foam core. This combination provides the immediate, cloud-like luxury of down while the foam core ensures the cushions maintain their shape and support over years of daily use.

4.2 out of 5 stars
redesign
Its the most comfortable sofa I have ever owned but the construction on the long two seater needs to be redesigned when it comes to support. The center of the long two piece seater seem to bow in the center which there's no support below. Bad design.
Living room
Excellent, Seems very durable, great size, sleek . I really Like it!
Not built to last!
The cushions do not keep there shape well. After two weeks I have already had to rotate and flip the cushions. I am worried what they will look like in a year. For over three grand I would like this set to last a while but based on how the cushions are looking after only a couple weeks I have very little hope. Very comfortable though that’s why I gave it three stars
Received the wrong piece
I love the couch, however, I received the wrong piece. I have been waiting for the correct one but no one has contacted me to deliver it, even though I was told I would be contacted the same day and it’s been 2 weeks. I have tried to reach out and gotten no response. Very disappointed.
I love my beautiful 2 piece sectional! It’s very comfortable. I find myself falling asleep on it each time.
