4 chairs almost perfect, one soiled. The other two were a complete mess, the entire bottom seat was dirty. Delivery man took pictures and said RTG would call me regarding this - they never did, nor did they call regarding the first chair. It took one entire bottle of spot remover to get them clean. You can still see a little but when I get more remover I’ll take care of it. Dining room set is beautiful now. Would have been a 5 star if not for the lack of follow up with customer service. Sales person terrific, delivery people terrific.
