The bed looks as I had hoped in the room. As pointed out by others it is more of a dusty blue which works nicely for my set up but may not for others. The challenge with the bed was that not all parts were provided from the warehouse when it was delivered. Customer service was not at all responsive which was disappointing after such a good showroom experience. The drivers were professional and polite. The challenge is lack of customer service when things don’t go as expected.
