Comfortable
This chair is pretty great. There was some figuring out how to stay reclined but as long as you can twist the knob it’s achievable. Relatively easy to assemble.
Not real leather
Very disappointed because from the advertising, we expected it to be leather and instead it was a fake leather. Plan is to go into the store and see if there is an alternative that is leather.
The recliner is everything I hoped it would be and more. Size is perfect. It is very comfortable. Price is fair. Assembly was not difficult. I highly recommend it!
Totally disgusted with rooms to go
Horrible, twice rooms to go has sent me a beige recliner when I ordered a black recliner. After the second order fulfillment error rooms to go is not responding to my request for return. Internet Customer service is giving me the run around on the phone and, not responding to my email request they told me make. Totally disgusted with rooms to go
