Can I change the configuration of this modular sectional if I move to a new home or want to rearrange my room?
Yes, versatility is a core feature of the Drew & Jonathan ModularOne. Because each of the eight individual pieces is fully upholstered on all sides, you are not locked into a single layout. You can configure them into a traditional L-shape, a deep U-shape for movie nights, or even separate the pieces to create standalone seating clusters, making it an ideal long-term investment for those who may move or enjoy changing their interior design.
What is the best way to maintain and clean the textured performance upholstery?
To preserve the "new" look of the off-white textured fabric, we recommend regular vacuuming with a soft upholstery attachment to prevent dust from settling into the weave. Because the 100% Polypropylene fibers are moisture-resistant, most liquid spills can be quickly blotted up with a clean, dry cloth before they have a chance to set. For general maintenance, always follow the specific cleaning code found on the product tag.
Is the off-white fabric durable enough for a busy household with children and pets?
While off-white is often considered a high-maintenance color, this sectional is upholstered in LuxeGuard performance fabric (100% Polypropylene). Polypropylene is an industry standard for durability because it is inherently stain-resistant and does not easily absorb moisture. The textured weave is designed to withstand the rigors of high-traffic family rooms while maintaining its elegant appearance.
What specific design details contribute to the quality and style of this furniture?
This sectional features premium tailoring details typically found in high-end custom furniture. It is designed with welted track arms for a crisp, modern profile, while the top-stitched seat cushions provide reinforced seams for added longevity. The button-tufted back cushions are not just an aesthetic choice; they help the cushions retain their shape and loft over years of consistent use.
Is this 8-piece sectional better suited for an open-concept living area or a traditional family room?
With total dimensions of 138"w x 75"d, this 8-piece set is specifically designed for larger, open-concept spaces or dedicated media rooms where maximizing seating is a priority. Its substantial scale provides a focal point in a large room, while the modular design allows you to "break up" the silhouette if you need to maintain clear pathways in a multi-functional living area.
How do the individual modules stay in place on hardwood or tile floors?
While modular pieces offer great flexibility, we understand the concern regarding shifting. Each piece is designed with substantial weight to provide stability. For homes with smooth flooring surfaces like hardwood or tile, we recommend using non-slip furniture pads or a large area rug to anchor the pieces firmly together, ensuring they stay perfectly aligned even during active use.

Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
