Once I got it and used it a couple of times, I Wish it did not have the console.
On time, professional and polite
Amazing loveseat
This is the most comfortable love seat and it matched my other sofa, from a different brand, perfectly. The leg rests are actually extended so even super tall people have a comfortable experience. 10/10 recommend this love seat to anyone.
Comfortable but poor quality
Initially the sofa and love seat combination was what we were hoping for. After a year of use one side headrest motor broke due to poor particular board bracket snapped in half and all the seat cushions in both sofas have lost their firmness which is why we purchased them. With the extended warranty and ridiculously waiting 9 months for RTG to admit a replacement part was not available and decided to replace the love seat which took another 2 weeks to get delivered. The replacement love seat motors have a high pitch squealing noise but functional. Not sure if I want to have to request another service call since the previous ticket took me multiple calls for updates for months and kept being told it was the manufacturer had the request and that is all the warranty customer service representative stated that was all the information they had. Once I got in touch with another representative who agreed that 9 months waiting for a resolution was not acceptable proceeded to process a replacement love seat was in order and got the ball rolling. Along with the love seat squealing the sofa middle cushion has lost its firmness and the initial repair tech attempted to add additional foam to the seat but could not get the firmness back and suggested I had to call this in for another repair call instead of reporting it for me which I thought that was ridiculous since he knew what was needed and put a request in since he works for the service company but was annoyed enough at that time. We have been dealing with medical issues and have not had much time to want to spend on hold time to put in a new request but will jump the hoops to hopefully get our issues resolved. Not sure if I will purchase from RTG in the future, only time will tell.
