Does this sectional require assembly upon delivery?
Our product data indicates that customer assembly is not required for this sectional. This is a significant advantage for those navigating the logistics of a new home or apartment move, as it ensures the 2-piece configuration is professionaly handled and ready for immediate use without the stress of DIY setup.
How does the built-in storage chaise help with home organization?
Beyond providing a place to stretch out, the chaise features a clever, hidden storage compartment. This is an ideal solution for keeping extra blankets, throw pillows, or living room essentials tucked away, making it a particularly valuable feature for homes where storage space is at a premium.
Is this 2-piece sectional a good fit for a smaller apartment or condo?
Yes, with a total width of approximately 96 inches, this sectional is an excellent choice for urban apartment living or smaller suburban dens. It provides the comfort of a chaise lounge without the overwhelming footprint of a multi-piece modular set, allowing you to maximize seating without making a smaller room feel cramped.
What is the benefit of having top grain leather on this sectional?
This sofa features top grain leather on all areas where the body touches, providing a premium, breathable surface that is more durable and supple than bonded or split-grain alternatives. To balance luxury with practicality, the sides and back are upholstered in high-quality polyurethane. This combination ensures a high-end feel where you sit, while making the exterior surfaces easier to maintain and more resistant to scuffs.
What type of construction ensures the stability of this sofa?
This sectional is built for long-term stability, featuring solid wood feet in an espresso finish that provide a sturdy, reliable foundation. The cushions are designed with plush padding for a "dream-like" comfort level, while the attached seat design ensures the cushions stay perfectly in place, maintaining the sofa’s tailored, transitional look over time.
How should I care for the leather and synthetic materials on this piece?
To maintain the beauty of the top grain leather, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth and keeping the piece away from direct heat sources or sunlight to prevent drying. For the polyurethane sides and back, a lightly dampened cloth is usually sufficient for cleaning. Following these simple maintenance steps will help preserve the cream-colored finish and the integrity of the materials for years to come.
What makes this "transitional" style suitable for different home decors?
The transitional design of this sofa blends classic elements, like curvy roll arms and decorative stitching, with a clean and modern cream-colored palette. This versatility allows it to bridge the gap between traditional and contemporary styles, making it a versatile centerpiece that can adapt even if you update your home’s decor or move to a new environment.

Nice Furniture
It’s been about a month since my furniture was delivered. The salesman, and the delivery people were fantastic. The quality of the furniture is good but could be better. The leather on the sofa wrinkles very quickly after only seating on it a few times. The foam cushions and arm rests seem to not stay firm vert long. I pleased I purchased the protection plan because I’m sure the cushions will soon be sagging where you sit the most. Overall Im satisfied with my purchase mostly because of the price and Tracy our salesman who did everything he promised. I do recommend Rooms to Go if you are on a tight budget.
Nothing Arrived
Worst service. They were right in front of our door and decided not to deliver as they were late for other deliveries. The delivery service liked us and corporate and had to stay in an hotel due to no furniture. No contact as of reasonable solution!!!!! They have cost me time, money and frustration. Disappointed as the sales team were wonderful.
Defective craftmanship
Initially requested one Queen size memory foam sleeper sofa. Initially received a non sleeper. Replaced with one having some threads disconnected from the fabric. Third replacement has imprints where something clearly was pressed against it, and velcro straps are unattached and straps do not reach the frame to attach securely to anything. Plus, while seated on the left side you can feel the metal imprint underneath you. I have repeatedly requested a new set with all four pieces liked I purchased, instead of replacement damaged sections only. Clearly, replacing individual pieces are a mismatch versus the whole four piece unit being fitted sewn wrapped and packaged with precision as one unit. As of this writing NO response from RTG only this survey.
Comfort and Beauty!
I love sitting on the sofa and watching TV. I had out of town guests and they said the sleeper was super comfortable! I love the mid century modern look of the caramel colored leather. One pull and the sleeper sofa opens in one easy motion! No separate pieces! This was a great choice!
