Nice Furniture
It’s been about a month since my furniture was delivered. The salesman, and the delivery people were fantastic. The quality of the furniture is good but could be better. The leather on the sofa wrinkles very quickly after only seating on it a few times. The foam cushions and arm rests seem to not stay firm vert long. I pleased I purchased the protection plan because I’m sure the cushions will soon be sagging where you sit the most. Overall Im satisfied with my purchase mostly because of the price and Tracy our salesman who did everything he promised. I do recommend Rooms to Go if you are on a tight budget.
Nothing Arrived
Worst service. They were right in front of our door and decided not to deliver as they were late for other deliveries. The delivery service liked us and corporate and had to stay in an hotel due to no furniture. No contact as of reasonable solution!!!!! They have cost me time, money and frustration. Disappointed as the sales team were wonderful.
Defective craftmanship
Initially requested one Queen size memory foam sleeper sofa. Initially received a non sleeper. Replaced with one having some threads disconnected from the fabric. Third replacement has imprints where something clearly was pressed against it, and velcro straps are unattached and straps do not reach the frame to attach securely to anything. Plus, while seated on the left side you can feel the metal imprint underneath you. I have repeatedly requested a new set with all four pieces liked I purchased, instead of replacement damaged sections only. Clearly, replacing individual pieces are a mismatch versus the whole four piece unit being fitted sewn wrapped and packaged with precision as one unit. As of this writing NO response from RTG only this survey.

I love sitting on the sofa and watching TV. I had out of town guests and they said the sleeper was super comfortable! I love the mid century modern look of the caramel colored leather. One pull and the sleeper sofa opens in one easy motion! No separate pieces! This was a great choice!
Leather Queen Sleeper Sofa
So far we love our sleeper sofa. Looks great, sits firm but comfortable. Haven't used the sleeper function yet but assume it will be better than the old style mattress and bar in the back.
