I love my couches, but I was not given any information on how to set the back cushions so that they will come forward on the fold out for the sleeper portion. Also no information on how to clean them.
TOTAL GARBAGE
THE LEATHER ON THIS COUCH IS SUPER THIN. AFTER SITTING IT ONE TIME FOR FIVE MINUTES IT STRETCHED AND WRIIKLED UP. I COMPLAINED AND THEY SENT OUT A SERVICE TECHNITIAN.HETOLD ME THAT'S THE THIN LEATHER TAHT THEY USE TODAY, AND I HAD TO LIVE WITH IT!! I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVIVE MANY TIMES TO COMPLAIN. EVEN ALL THE WAY UP TO A SUPERVISER. SHE TOLD ME STORE POLICY IS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE!! I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS GARBAGE!! AND THEY WON'T RETURN MY MONEY OR GIVE ME STORE CREDIT LIKE I WAS TOLD WOULD HAPPEN FROM THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN. THEYKNOW THER'S A PROBLEM WITH THIS VENDOR'S PRODUCT. I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR SO THE REVIEW WOULD SUBMIT!!! I HAVE A DISPUTE IN WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM ROOMS-TO-GO OR YOU WILL GET SCREWED TOO!!!!!!!
