Substantial Couches
The quality and substance of these couches jumps out at you.
Poor Customer Care
Couch arrived with dirty stained area... delivery guy took picture to submit for a tech to come out and take a look at couch to decide how to remedy. Heard nothing. I called the customer care line, spoke with a lady who was to follow up with me about when a tech would come and how we would remedy the issue. Again, heard nothing... had the couch two weeks. Not pleased at all with customer service.
