Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
What integrated technology features are included in the media consoles?
The two included media consoles act as high-tech hubs for your living space. Each console features built-in Bluetooth-enabled speakers, USB charging ports, and wireless charging pads for compatible devices. Additionally, they offer hidden storage for remotes or cables and are topped with sleek acrylic surfaces, allowing them to double as sturdy side tables for drinks or snacks during movie nights.
How can I rearrange the pieces of this modular sectional to fit my room layout?
This sectional belongs to the ModularOne collection, which is engineered for maximum flexibility. Each of the seven pieces—including the chaise, armless chair, and media consoles—is fully upholstered on all sides. This design allows you to reconfigure the layout into an L-shape, U-shape, or even separate the pieces to create individual seating areas. This adaptability makes it an ideal choice for homeowners who like to refresh their room's flow or move into spaces with different architectural layouts.
What type of mattress is included in the sleeper, and is it suitable for frequent guests?
Tucked inside the armless loveseat is a Nature's Bed gel foam mattress. Unlike traditional sleeper sofas that use thin innerspring mattresses, gel foam offers superior pressure relief and better temperature regulation. The gel infusion helps dissipate body heat, providing a cooler and more supportive sleeping surface that feels more like a standard bed, ensuring your guests enjoy a restful stay.
How much space is required to comfortably fit this 7-piece sectional?
With total dimensions of 156"w x 124.5"d, this is a substantial furniture set that requires a large living area or an open-concept great room. We recommend a minimum room width of at least 15 to 16 feet to allow for the sectional and necessary walking paths. Its grand scale is specifically designed to anchor large spaces, making it a perfect centerpiece for finished basements or suburban family rooms intended for large gatherings and game days.
What are the benefits of a modular design compared to a traditional fixed sectional?
The primary advantage of the ModularOne design is its "limitless possibilities." While traditional sectionals are often fixed in a Left-Arm Facing or Right-Arm Facing configuration, this modular set allows you to move the chaise or the media consoles to either side as needed. Because each piece is finished on all sides with welted track arms and tufted back cushions, the furniture maintains a polished, elegant silhouette regardless of how you choose to arrange the individual components.
Is the fabric on this sectional durable enough for a busy home with pets and children?
Yes, this sectional is upholstered in LuxeGuard performance fabric, made from 100% polypropylene. Polypropylene is a highly resilient synthetic fiber known for being moisture-wicking and inherently stain-resistant. Because the material is durable and easy to maintain, it is well-suited for high-traffic living rooms or homes with pets, as the tight "pebble" texture helps hide everyday wear while standing up to frequent use.

Couch
Absolutely love the couch, unfortunately when it was delivered the feet were broken. The guys delivering it were great and even reported the broken feet from where they opened the packaging. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything from anyone about them coming out to fix the issue.
Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
