Broken furniture supplied to my home.
Roomstogo installed a broken massage chair in my home. I went to the showroom to complain to the salesman that sold me the chair. He contacted the service department, who contacted me and gave me an appointment for Saturday 01/28/2023. I waited all day today-01/28/2023 and nobody showed up. I am so mad at the way my time was wasted and not even a word from the service department. I wish I can rate you a zero.
