This outdoor rug looked beautiful in the showroom. It was delivered rolled with shrink wrap. it still has not flattened out and has ripples along all edges. We finally called our store yesterday. The manager of the Sarasota outdoor has still not returned our call 24 hours later! Very disappointing.
