Damaged item
Even though the delivery was noted as door to door, shipping box arrived in questionable condition. Edges and corners were torn. I asked the delivery driver to check for internal damage and I was told they could not because it was door to door. The way it was brought through the garage to the door on that dolly was an indication that the content inside was damaged. I removed the packaging carefully and sure enough the damage to the left leg and the board on the rear of the item was halfway detached. Reported the findings to RTG and was informed I would not receive a replacement until a month later. I felt this was not considerate and poor customer service.

Great color but broken
My son loves it however it after the workers put it in his room it was broken. One drawer is off track and there’s a huge crack at the bottom. Other than that we love the color and design
