One Chair Damaged
One of the chairs came in damaged with broken wicker and a nail sticking out. We were told by the delivery guy that someone would reach out to us in about a replacement within 10 minutes. I waited several hours and contacted Rooms to Go representative to follow up and they had no clue to what I was talking about and they said that they would take a look at the delivery service notes to see if it was noted. Of course it was noted and they said that they will replace. What was also disturbing to me that the Sales Rep. has not reached out to me either to see if we were please with our purchase. Other companies and their Sales Rep. has always followed up on their service.
