Missing Legs
Still waiting for the legs to be delivered
Missing the legs for one of my nightstands
I purchased the entire 7 piece Ridgefield king size bedroom suite on January 13, 2025. I added the Chest of Drawers and an additional nightstand to the order. All was delivered on March 08, 2025. The delivery men were fantastic. The quality of the product is excellent. I really like the way it looks in my bedroom. My only issue is one of the nightstands did not come with any legs. I cannot imagine how a piece of furniture can ship without any legs. I have followed up with Customer Care two time since the delivery. They have been most courteous and most understanding. I was told it can take up to 90 days to receive the legs, which I do not understand. This whole set was a refresh for my bedroom after the death of my spouse who passed away in the old bedroom furniture. I waited patiently for this set to be delivered and now am waiting patiently for legs to finish out my bedroom. I am a new customer to Rooms to Go. This review is no slam on them, but rather whomever missed the legs for my set. Please accept that the quality of this furniture is excellent and I love it very much.
Nice for the money
Looks nice from a distance but up close it looks rather cheap
