We received our TV entertainment console & so far we are very satisfied with it. The first console was delivered in the box at our door; however, when we took it out of box we noticed one console door was broken & hanging by the bottom hinge. We immediately contacted Customer Service to advise of the damaged console. RTG customer representative was courteous & took our information & verified our order number, etc. & informed us we would be getting a new replacement within one week. Then I received confirmation email with date of pick-up & delivery. The process was hassle-free & new console arrived on stated date. The delivery personnel were courteous & helpful & even unpacked the new console to ensure it was not damaged. Thank you!
