Frustrated with purchase and correction process
We are still waiting for the table to be replaced. The original table was damaged in shipment. We set up an exchange delivery, that table was also damaged. Now we are waiting on another exchange (3rd delivery attempt) to make it right. No one has offered any discount or compensation on this. I had to miss work to be home for the second delivery that turned out to be a bust. Very disappointed in this purchase and the multiple appointments for a replacement delivery. I requested that this time the warehouse open the box to verify condition before loading the truck. We”ll see what happens next.
