When my bed came in, the top of the headboard wood look had been scratched off.
The wost experience ever!
We told the seller exactly what we wanted. I have a back problem so needed an electrical base. He said we still needed to buy another base. So, sold it to us thinking it was needed. When everything was delivered we noticed that the base he sold to us wasnt needed, and the base we wanted wasnt in there. We called customer service to fix their problem. And never did anything. Now I have a base I never wanted and still have to buy the other one because of my back problems.
