Power recliner
First of all it was suppose to recline flat line the chase on the sectional. Neither one of them did. That’s the reason I bought it to begin with. So I could have an extra twin bed for visitors. I have the description that states it lays flat but your office manager ( Krista) at your Charleston, SC location insisted it did not. She was also suppose to credit me the $200.00 difference for the sale price and did not. She did adjust the price of the DR set I purchased. However when I review my RTG app there’s a discrepancy in what the total is showing. Once the remainder of my DR furniture gets here in September I hope the adjustments show up proper. Looking at what is pending and what you’ve already billed I will be paying more than $600.00 more than my original purchase. Something wrong with this picture. My wedge in the sectional is going to be my 3rd attempt Aldo. The first one was delivered stained and the one on Thursday the 10th was cracked by the delivery person Harley when he pushed down do hard and it must not have been lined up. When I said , oh no I just heard a crack. He said I don’t see anything. Duh, it’s on the inside not visible. You get these 3rd party people to deliver items at an outrageous price then they either break it or don’t put it together right. The original table I had delivered that has blemishes on it the delivery guy put one of the bolts in halfway and left it. Poor workmanship in my opinion. Then When I showed Harley he took out the nut and bolt and left it laying on my DR floor🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Great power recliner
This piece of furniture is sturdy, well-made and comfortable. Unlike the previous power chair, this one gives you a sense of well-being while in it. Wish it had a lumbar adjuster option, and more color options, but still very comfortable.
