With anticipation we arrived home after a vacation to open up our new Navy Queen headboard today. It looks great just what we wanted, the colour matched perfect. When my husband came to put it together the screws were there in there little package but no support wood to attach the headboard to. The diagram shows exactly how to put it together but difficult to do with pieces missing. Please supply the missing pieces quickly or we will be returning a parctiel headboard.
