The product is nice. The issue we have is with the sales consultant. She never told us that assembly was required! Given other things she said we expected the fireplace console to be delivered with the other furniture we purchased. The unit was shipped directly to the address we were moving into six weeks before we even arrived into the state! Thankfully the management company intercepted the very large package and held it until our arrival.

Assembly was required and it was a 2 1/2 hour project,and I’m pretty handy. Then wen I was done the fireplace insert didn’t work!!! But the company sent out a new one. And that one worked. There’s no remote for the fireplace but I put it on a smart plug so I can turn it on and off with Alexa or google. Overall it’s very nice . Perfect for a corner unit .

I love this console. Would have preferred that it was already assembled or at least the service offered. I had to hire someone to assemble as it was a bit of a challenge to do it myself. Otherwise, I am enjoying the fireplace. It was a great price and value.

It took a bit of time to put it together and when we got to the part where we would attach the glass doors, we realized that they must have belonged to the other model, as the doors were too long and the hardware would not work to install them.
